About J&J Lawn Care Service
September mornings in Bethlehem Township start under fog that comes up off the Lehigh and hangs in the low fields until the sun burns through around nine. J&J Lawn Care Service waits out the wet, then goes — mowing, string trimming along the fences, edging the sidewalk lines back to a clean seam. Late-season grass cuts sweetly, and the smell of it stays in the truck all day. There is a rhythm to a route: the same yards in the same order, each one handed back tidy with the cut grass cleared off the concrete. Small properties or big ones, the standard holds — cut it right, clean up after, leave it looking like somebody paid attention.
