Fishkill Creek comes down through Beacon past old mill stone, loud in spring and iced along its edges by January. D.L. Lawn & Landscape works to that same beat: mowing, trimming and edging while the valley is green, then plowing the drives, clearing the walks and salting once the mountain goes white. Spring cleanups take away whatever the runoff and the wind left behind; fall cleanups and leaf removal get out ahead of the first freeze.
