About Kilby's Mowing and Lawn Care LLC

North of Batavia the ground goes black — the muck country toward Elba, soil so dark the field edges look painted against a green lawn. Kilby's Mowing and Lawn Care LLC runs its routes out of that landscape, cutting village yards and farmstead lawns alike from the first warm week to the last leaf. Mornings begin before the heat does, mower decks set high enough to keep color in the grass through a dry July. Trimmer work follows the shapes a place actually has: around the hydrant, the swing set, the corner of the barn. What is left behind is an even, well-finished lawn that a person can be glad to pull into.
