About Blueprint Lawncare & Property Management

In the town of Barton the Susquehanna makes a wide slow bend, and on autumn mornings fog fills the valley until the hills above Waverly float free of it. Blueprint Lawncare & Property Management works those river flats and the slopes behind them, keeping lawns mown and properties in order through the long green months. When the valley turns hard and white, the same drives and walks get plowed and shoveled open, often before the first car moves on the road below. Property maintenance here means noticing what a place needs before the owner has to ask — an edge redone, leaves pulled off the turf, a walkway cleared to bare stone. It is steady work in a valley that asks for it in every direction the year turns.
