Clear Away Services

About Clear Away Services

Lake Ontario sends its snow southeast in bands, and Baldwinsville sits right in the path of them — six inches can arrive between the eleven o'clock news and the alarm clock. Clear Away Services runs on exactly that schedule. Plowing driveways and parking areas, shoveling walks and front steps, salting and sanding where melt-and-freeze turns pavement to glass overnight. By the time the sky over Onondaga County goes from black to iron gray, the pass is made and the drive is open. There's a particular satisfaction in a cleared driveway that nobody ever had to think about.
