About J Yanes Landscaping

Noon in July, and Sunrise Highway shimmers like a strip of water across the middle of Baldwin. It is the hardest hour of the year on a lawn, and J Yanes Landscaping does its lawn care with that heat in mind. In weather like this a yard rewards a thoughtful cut, grass left long enough to shade its own roots and trim lines kept tidy around fences and walkways. A lawn mowed with care in high summer holds its green a little longer, and the difference shows from the sidewalk. When the late-afternoon air finally slides in cooler from the south, it finds a yard ready to enjoy it.
