About Allstate Tree & Shrub Corp.

The morning after a late-winter snowfall, Baldwin's old street oaks stand bowed and glittering, and the yews and boxwoods along the foundations have vanished into soft white mounds. Allstate Tree & Shrub Corp., a company whose name is rooted in trees and shrubs, turns to snow removal when winter takes over the yard. The aim is a clear, usable way through all that weight: driveway open, walk cleared, steps showing their edges again. March sun on fresh snow is blinding by ten o'clock, and a cleared drive cuts through the glare like a dark ribbon. When the thaw finally drips from the branches overhead, the ground beneath them is already passable.
