About Ahead of the Game, Synthetic Turf Maintenance LLC

Synthetic grass never asks for a mower, but it still wants tending, and in Baldwin the salt wind off Baldwin Bay delivers a steady drift of sand, pollen and torn leaves. Ahead of the Game, Synthetic Turf Maintenance LLC looks after exactly that kind of lawn, brushing matted blades back upright and lifting debris out from between the fibers. The work is closer to grooming than gardening, and the payoff shows in August, when weeks without rain have scorched half the real grass on the block to straw. A tended turf yard stays even and bright under that high summer sun, with no flattened tracks and no grit collecting at the fence posts. It is a small, pleasing kind of order at the margin of the tidewater.
