About Lakeview Nursery & Landscaping

Owasco Lake lies right at Auburn's southern doorstep, and on a May morning the fog comes up off it and sits in the yards near Emerson Park until the sun burns through around nine. Lakeview Nursery & Landscaping works those mornings and the ones after — mowing, trimming, edging, and the plantings that give a lawn something to frame. Ground near the lake drains fast in some spots and not at all in others, sometimes in the same yard, so the cut has to adjust from one pass to the next. Seasonal cleanups clear the beds in spring and strip the leaves off in fall. The reward is simple and it lasts all summer: green ground running out toward the water without a ragged border anywhere.
