Jason's tree care

About Jason's tree care

By January the drumlins south of Auburn go the color of old paper and the bare oaks stand on them like ink. Jason's tree care favors the dormant months for pruning: the structure is visible, the ground is firm, and a cut made in the cold is closing over by June. The rest of the year runs to tree trimming above driveways and garages on the streets near Hoopes Park, and removals where a maple has hollowed at the base and begun to lean. Northwest wind drops limbs across the Cayuga County roads, and storm damage cleanup gets them cut, hauled and the grass combed out behind. Auburn, Sennett, Skaneateles, Moravia and the lake-road neighborhoods make up the round.
