About Feliciano Landscape/Feliciano Property Management/Feliciano Janitorial Services

Six in the morning on a July weekday, the brick blocks along the Owasco Outlet still cool, mowers already moving on the strips of grass between the lots. Feliciano Landscape, Feliciano Property Management and Feliciano Janitorial Services keep those grounds — mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling the clippings off before the first cars pull in. Commercial ground in downtown Auburn is all corners and curbs and odd triangles, and each one has to be finished by hand. That is the part that shows: not the open middle, but the six inches against the building where the trimmer has to be steady. Seasonal cleanups pull the year's litter out of the beds, and by the time the workday starts the only evidence left is how the place looks.
