Denicola’s Lawn Care

About Denicola’s Lawn Care

By June the Black River runs quick and bright below Wilna, and everything on the banks above it grows like it means to make up for the winter. Denicola's Lawn Care meets all that green head-on: mowing on a steady rotation, trimming close along foundations and fence lines, edging the walks until the border between grass and stone reads like a drawn line. Late afternoon is the best hour to look at the result, when the light comes low across the cut and the stripes stand up in it. Spring and fall bring the heavier work of raking out whatever the season left behind and hauling it off, handing the yard back open and breathing. It is small, repeating work, and it is what makes a place look loved.
