About Hudson & Hills Property Services LLC

The Harlem Valley runs north and south between the Taconic ridge and the hills that fall away toward the Hudson, and Amenia sits right in the trough of it, farm fields open on both sides of the Ten Mile. Hudson & Hills Property Services LLC works that ground twice over — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while the valley is green, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the ridge starts holding white on top. Summer here is long grass and longer views; winter is cold air pooling on the valley floor overnight and driveways that need opening before the first train leaves Wassaic. The pleasure is the same in either season: a property that looks looked-after, whether that means a squared edge along the front walk or bare blacktop at dawn. Both of those come from simply showing up.
