Priority Snow

About Priority Snow

At four in the morning after a nor'easter, Albany is hushed: the row houses around Washington Park drifted in to their stoops, the towers of the Capitol dim shapes behind the falling snow. Priority Snow provides snow removal in New York's capital city, where winter storms can come up the Hudson Valley heavy and wet and a buried driveway can stall an entire day. The work is plowing driveways, shoveling walks and steps, and cutting a path wide enough to get out the door and on with the morning. There is a particular satisfaction in a clean scrape down to pavement, the banks squared off, the sidewalk clear while the street is still asleep. In a city that runs on early starts, that open walk is the whole point.
