About V & T Landscaping and General Services LLC
There is a creek beneath Lincoln Park — the old Beaver Kill, buried out of sight long ago — and the ground still remembers it, holding water in the low bowl where the ravine used to run. Lawn work in that part of Albany means knowing which yards drain and which ones sulk for two days after a storm: mowing accordingly, seeding the bare spots, keeping edges sharp along the walks that climb the hill. Across the season it is cutting, trimming, hedge work, mulch, and carrying away everything that falls. General grounds care is mostly attention — noticing a thin patch in July instead of September. Down by the pool hill the grass takes a beating all summer long, and bringing it back green is satisfying every single time.
