About Smart Land Services LLC

August in the Akron countryside smells like cut hay and warm gravel, and by seven in the evening the light comes in low over the hedgerows. Smart Land Services LLC is usually still out in it, finishing a mow, walking the trimmer down a fence line, squaring up the edge along a driveway apron. Yards out this way run big and irregular, with orchard corners and old rows of trees to work around, so the mowing pattern is different at every stop. Spring and fall bring the cleanups — winter's debris raked out, the leaves cleared before they mat down over the turf. The measure of it is simple: a broad piece of ground kept even and kept neat, right out to where the field begins.
