About Grayco Property Services

Out past the village line toward Newstead the roads run straight between fields, and in winter the wind lifts the snow off them and lays it back down across every driveway in sight. Grayco Property Services runs those long country routes in the dark, plowing wide, cutting the banks back so the next storm has somewhere to go, and putting down salt where a slope meets the road. Come April the same drives get their gravel raked into place and the lawns come under the mower — cut, trimmed, and cleaned up behind. Properties out here are big and open, so the work is measured in acres and hours rather than minutes. What doesn't change is the approach: get in, do the whole of it, leave nothing half-finished.
