Adams Center is mostly sky — hayfields running out to hedgerows, the hum of I-81 a mile off, and weather you can watch arrive from twenty minutes away. Countryside Lawn and Landscape keeps pace with it, mowing and trimming through the long green stretch, then raking the leaves down out of the maples once October browns the fields. When the wind swings to the northwest the trucks change over, and driveways get plowed wide enough that the banks never crowd the turn. Ice control on the walks, a shovel pass at the steps, finished before the coffee cools. The reward is small and specific: a farm lane open to the road in January, and in July a lawn cut level as a tabletop.
