About Precision Landscape & Earth Worx

First light in Washoe Valley touches the Virginia Range long before it reaches the valley floor, and by the time the ridgeline goes from rose to plain brown the mowers are off the trailer. Precision Landscape & Earth Worx works the east side of the valley, where the ground runs pale and stony and a lawn is something a household deliberately decided to make happen. The work is mowing, edging, string trimming, weed control and seasonal cleanups, done so a yard reads as one even sheet from the road with a straight, clean line where turf gives way to gravel. In the dry stretch of summer, when Washoe Lake pulls back toward its alkali bed and the whole basin turns the color of dust, the green squares are the ones people are still tending. Being part of why those hold is a good reason to get up early. There is honest pride in an edge you could lay a straightedge against.
