About Arturo's Lawn & Landscaping Services

By six on a June morning the sprinklers are still ticking over the lawns off Oddie Boulevard, and the whole block smells like wet grass and warming asphalt. Arturo's Lawn & Landscaping Services moves through that window with mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, shrub and hedge work, and the cleanups that keep beds from vanishing under summer growth. Turf in the Truckee Meadows lives on borrowed water, so a cut set at the right height is not fussiness — it is what lets the blades shade their own roots through a ninety-five-degree afternoon. Handled that way, a lawn holds its color deep into September. That green, set against so much sagebrush and granite, is the entire point.
