About Cold Valley Lawn Services LLC

Cold air slides off the hills at night and pools on the valley floor, so the north Reno lawns keep their frost an hour after the rest of town has thawed. Cold Valley Lawn Services LLC begins its spring there, waiting for the ground to wake before the first cut, then holding a mowing and edging rhythm right through to hard freeze. Trimming, blowing and hauling close out every visit. Fertilization and weed control are timed to the narrow window when the soil is warm and the air is not yet punishing. By June the turf is thick enough to shade its own roots, which is exactly the point.
