Robs Lawn

About Robs Lawn

Sunday mornings in June the neighborhood ballfields fill up early, before the heat makes the outfield unbearable, and the whole block smells like cut grass. Robs Lawn brings that smell to the front yards of North Las Vegas — mowing, edging, string trimming and cleanup, done on a steady weekly rhythm. There is real pleasure in the first pass across an overgrown lawn and the straight lines left behind it. Edges get sliced along the drive, clippings come off the sidewalk, and everything gets loaded out before the truck moves on. A yard that looks handsome from the street makes the whole street look better.
