About Olsen Outdoor Services

Nelson hides in Eldorado Canyon, where volcanic walls of rust and violet wind down toward the Colorado River and old mine workings still scar the slopes. A yard here is mostly stone, sky and the occasional brave tree, so every cared-for patch of ground stands out. Olsen Outdoor Services brings lawn care and outdoor upkeep to this small canyon community, keeping grounds trimmed, swept and tidy against the desert's slow advance. Winter mornings in the canyon are soft and bright, the kindest stretch of the year for working outside before the summer furnace returns. Where the past is everywhere, from rusted trucks to weathered cabins to the dark mouths of old mines, a neatly kept property is a sign of the present, lived in and looked after.
