About Desert Springs Landscaping

October is the real turn of the year in the Mojave — the nights finally let go of their heat, the Bermuda begins fading toward straw, and mowers come down a notch for the scalp before rye seed goes out. Desert Springs Landscaping works that changeover yard by yard across Las Vegas, so a lawn can hold its green while the valley around it goes tawny and still. The rest of the calendar is steady service: mowing on schedule, edging the borders where turf meets gravel, trimming the corners a mower can never reach, and hauling the debris away. Water is precious here and a well-kept lawn shows it, cut at a height that shades its own roots. Come January, when snow sits on the ridgeline west of town, these yards are still soft underfoot.
