About American Outdoor Living

From the top of Exploration Peak, the streets of Mountain's Edge lay out in neat squares of green and gravel, and every one of those squares is somebody's evening outside. American Outdoor Living tends yards in that pattern — mowing, shaping hedges, keeping the weeds out of the decorative rock where they like to hide. Late in the day the desert light comes in low and sideways, and a freshly cut lawn shows every stripe of it. The blowers go last, so the walk is bare and the driveway is clean before the truck pulls away. It is ordinary work done carefully, on a schedule people can plan a barbecue around.
