About Southwest Landscaping

In winter the McCullough Range goes violet by four in the afternoon, and the low light across the Sloan Canyon foothills turns an ordinary front yard into something composed. Southwest Landscaping leans into that season, because it is when the cutting back actually gets done: shrubs pruned hard while they are dormant, beds cleared and refreshed, overgrowth taken out at the root instead of trimmed at the tip. Mowing and edging carry on at winter heights, and the trimmings go out with the crew. Working cold hands in January is how a yard gets to look effortless in May. That is the trade, and it is worth making every year.
