About Nevada Landworks

Jobs Peak stands over Gardnerville like a granite weather vane, and when its shoulders go white the whole Carson Valley knows the season has turned. Down on the valley floor, Nevada Landworks tends lawns and landscapes in a town still ringed by hay meadows, ranch fences and the slow loops of the East Fork of the Carson River. Spring arrives with irrigation ditches running full and pastures greening fast, and home lawns want a first clean mow and freshly cut borders to match. The name suits work that begins with the land itself and ends with a yard that looks rooted in the valley. On a still evening, when the Pine Nut Mountains blush pink across the way, a finished landscape is a fine thing to stand beside.
