Joe Benigno's Tree Service

About Joe Benigno's Tree Service

The Carson Valley lies wide open at the foot of the Sierra, and Job's Peak keeps its snow long after the ranch pastures have greened up. Cottonwoods and poplar windrows line the East Fork and the ranch lanes here, and in late October the whole valley runs gold from the river out to the foothills. Pruning is done with winter in mind — clearing dead limbs, easing weight off the wood that hangs over houses, corrals and driveways before a storm comes over the crest. Trimming keeps the yard trees shapely and off the roofs; removal takes the ones that split or died back, lowered in pieces where space is tight. Afterward, cleanup hauls the broken wood out so the drive and the pasture gate work again.
