J & M Trucking & Ready-mix

About J & M Trucking & Ready-mix

First light strikes the Egan Range west of Ely while the streets below are still blue with cold, an hour made for heavy work. J & M Trucking & Ready-mix pairs trucking and ready-mix concrete with lawn care, an unusual mix that makes sense in a town built on hauling ore. Downtown, murals of miners and railroaders cover the brick walls, and the same sturdiness shows in a yard with a solid base beneath it and a trimmed lawn above it. When winter finally loosens its grip, there is real satisfaction in fresh concrete cured smooth and grass coming back green beside it. Ely has always asked a lot of its ground and the people who work it, and this business answers with concrete, haul loads and green grass.
