Boulder City Handyman

About Boulder City Handyman

The old dam-worker cottages on the streets off Nevada Way sit low and square behind their oleander hedges, and their little front lawns get mowed the way little front lawns have always been mowed here. Boulder City Handyman takes up that same weekly errand — mowing, edging along the aging concrete, cutting the growth back off the walkways, and clearing the cuttings before the wind scatters them. October is the reward for the summer: the light goes long and gold across the historic district, the heat finally lets go, and grass that merely survived July starts looking like grass again. A trimmed yard on those streets is a piece of continuity, one more season kept in order. That is the whole ambition here, and it is enough.
