About Beatty.yard

The Amargosa River spends most of its length hidden under sand, but around Beatty it rises into daylight, and Oasis Valley answers with cottonwoods and green in places you'd never expect it. Beatty.yard is a lawn care business built on that same small wonder: helping a yard seem to have a spring of its own. Come autumn, when the afternoons go mild and amber and the wild burros wander the side streets as if they sit on the town board, it's time to bring a lawn back from summer's scorch. That means mowing it down, pulling the weeds that crept in along the fence, raking out the beds and trimming each border until the place looks cared for and wanted. It's a modest corner of Nevada, and it deserves to be kept like it matters.
