Martinez Land Management

About Martinez Land Management

The lots up in Talpa run big, sloping toward the foothills where the piñon takes over from the pasture grass. Martinez Land Management handles that kind of ground with wide mowing passes, overgrowth knocked back along the fence lines and string trimming into the awkward corners no mower will reach. On a still morning the work carries a long way, and by afternoon a shaggy half acre reads as open, usable space again. Fall brings the leaf raking and the last cut before frost; spring brings the clearing of everything winter dropped. Martinez Land Management serves Talpa, Ranchos de Taos and Taos.
