About Hernandez Landscaping

Down in the Big Ditch, the cottonwoods leaf out weeks before anything else in Silver City, and that green is the signal the season has begun. Hernandez Landscaping starts its year about then — grass coming back thin and uneven, needing that first cut to bring it into line. Mowing, trimming and edging follow one another until a lawn stops looking like it wintered and starts looking like somebody's yard again. Beds get cleared, clippings get carried off, and the border between grass and sidewalk gets cut clean enough to be a line you notice. Through spring and summer that continues across the old streets of town and out into Arenas Valley and the Mimbres side.
