About ESCOBAR LANDSCAPING LLC

July on the Siler and Rufina side of town starts cool and turns to glare in a hurry, so the day is run backward from the heat — the truck rolls while it is still gray out, the Rail Trail is in shadow, and the mowers are going while the air is worth breathing. ESCOBAR LANDSCAPING LLC cuts, edges and trims these working blocks: grass kept even, borders sharp against concrete and gravel, weeds taken out of the fence lines where they always begin. High-desert lawns want a taller cut and a clean blade in midsummer; treated that way they hold their color instead of scorching. By the time the pavement is shimmering toward the rail yard, the list is finished and the yards are drinking. There is real satisfaction in beating the sun to the work.
