About Earthology LLC

By July the afternoons build their own weather — towers of cloud over the Sangre de Cristos by two, monsoon rain by four, arroyos running brown by five, and everything green again by morning. Earthology LLC works inside that rhythm, mowing and trimming lawns around Santa Fe during the one real growth spurt the year hands out. The soil here is thin and quick to shed what it is given, so the work comes down to attention: even cuts, defined edges, debris cleared before it can mat down over the crown. The payoff arrives at dawn, when a yard smells like wet dust and cut grass at the same time. Around here that smell is the local definition of a good summer.
