About Desert Rose Landscape & Maintenance

Up on Museum Hill in June the hollyhocks stand taller than the adobe walls they lean on, and the sky is a blue that seems almost rude. Desert Rose Landscape & Maintenance works the lawns below and around that ridge — mowing, string trimming, edging along flagstone, carrying off whatever the wind delivered. A rose in this country is a small act of insistence, and so is a green lawn; both want tending on a real calendar rather than a hopeful one. The crew keeps that calendar and keeps the lines straight. Come evening the ridge holds the last of the light, and the yards beneath it look composed.
