About COPPERLEAF LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT LLC

By early afternoon in July the thunderheads have stacked themselves over Sierra Blanca, and the rain that follows leaves Ruidoso Downs greener than a high desert town has any right to be. COPPERLEAF LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT LLC works the hours around those storms, mowing while the light is still hard and the ground still dry. Grass at this elevation is coaxed rather than assumed, so the cutting height is chosen for thin air and strong sun, and the string trimmer finishes what the deck cannot reach. The clippings go before the first drops darken the pavement, and the edges along the walk come out straight enough to sight down. When the sky finally opens, the yard is ready to take the water. Come evening, with the piñon smelling of rain, there is real satisfaction in a lawn that reads as cared for all the way from the road.
