About Romero's Hauling

Late February dawns in Madrone come up cold and pewter, frost silvering the dormant grass while piñon smoke curls from a few chimneys. It is the in-between time, when winter has left its clutter in every yard and spring has not quite made up its mind. Romero's Hauling meets that moment with lawn care, clearing the ground so the growing season can start fresh. Dead growth cut back, weeds pulled from the gravel and every load of trimmings carried off leave a lot open and waiting for the first green. By the time the frost burns off at midmorning, the yard already looks like it has somewhere to go.
