About Leaves it Better LLC

Leaves it Better LLC carries a simple idea in its name, and Indian Hills gives that idea plenty of room. Southeast of the Sandias, the lots here are generous, many roads are gravel, and late fall sends elm and cottonwood leaves drifting against each fence line. They mow, rake, clear leaves and tidy yards, so a property looks noticeably sharper after a visit than it did before. When November nights turn sharp and cloudless, stars crowd the Estancia Valley sky, and a raked, squared-away yard settles into winter ready for whatever the plains send next. There is a quiet joy in walking out the next morning to frost on clean ground instead of on a tangle of leaves.
