Auto Mow Co.

About Auto Mow Co.

At twenty to seven the streets are nearly empty — shop grates down, birds arguing over a parking lot, the first trucks just starting to move. Auto Mow Co. is already unloading by then, because the best hour to cut grass in Carlsbad is the one before the day heats up. The route runs block by block: deck down, even passes, edges snapped tight along the drive, walks blown clean, gate latched behind. By the time the coffee places open, a dozen lawns look freshly barbered and nobody saw it happen. Steady, on time, and quiet enough not to wake the street.
