About Auto Mow Company, LLC

Before Canal Street has any traffic on it, the air over Carlsbad is briefly cool and the turf is heavy with the night's watering — the best hour of the day to cut, and Auto Mow Company, LLC tends to be out in it. Mowing here is a matter of timing: get the height right before the sun climbs, keep the trimmer tight to the block walls and the mailbox posts, blow the walks clean before anyone steps out for the paper. By eight the shade has gone thin and the doves have moved up into the elms, and the yard is already done. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that looks handled — even lines, a crisp edge at the curb, nothing tracked onto the concrete. That is the whole ambition, repeated street by street across town.
