About Leo & Chris Landscaping

September in Belen smells like green chile roasting, and the valley heat finally lets go in the evenings. The grass takes a second wind then, one last strong push of growth before the bosque cottonwoods go yellow along the river. It is a good stretch for lawn care: mowing on rhythm, trimming edges back to the concrete, clearing the yard so nothing sits and mats down. Work moves easier in that weather, and a lawn cut then holds its shape for a good while. Coming back the next week to find the lines still crisp is the proof the work took.
