About Rickman’s Weed Control LLC

Three quarters of an inch of rain and everything green wakes at once — the wanted and the unwanted together, with the unwanted usually a week out front. Rickman's Weed Control LLC works both ends of that: pre-emergent timing in late winter, then treatment through spring and summer across lawns, fence lines, drives and alleys, with mowing and trimming to keep the grass competitive. The measure of it is a yard that stays plain green in July, while the empty lots two streets over have gone to seed. It is slow, repeatable work, run off the calendar rather than the emergency. Artesia and the towns nearby fall inside the working range.
