About Lazy H Services

By late afternoon in Angustura the light comes in sideways off the mesas and the chamisa along the frontage road burns a dusty gold. It is a good hour for the last mow of the day, when the grass has given up its heat and the blade cuts clean instead of tearing. Lawn care out here means working with what the river valley hands you — sandy ground, hard sun, and turf that shows every skipped week. Edges get trimmed back to the concrete, corners get squared, and the clippings leave with the truck. Pulling out at dusk and looking back at a yard sitting quiet and even under the last of the light is the part that keeps the work interesting.
