There is a sound to a Woodbury evening in June: mowers finishing up, a screen door somewhere, a sprinkler ticking away at the far end of the block. Kleen Cuts Landscape Company is part of that soundtrack, running lawns across town and out toward the Woodbury Creek side where the yards stretch long and soft. Mowing, string trimming and keeping the bed lines honest, the plain weekly work that decides how a house looks from the sidewalk. Cut in alternating passes and even an ordinary lawn takes on a kind of grain, pale one direction and deep green the other. It is a small pride, but it is a real one, and it turns up again every week.
