About Certified Property Services LLC

October in Woodbury Heights is mostly maple — a week of color, then the whole canopy comes down at once over blocks laid out small and square between the highway and the older town. Certified Property Services LLC spends that stretch on cleanups, clearing leaves off the turf and out of the beds before the rain turns them into a mat that smothers the grass. The rest of the year the rhythm is steady: mowing on a set day, trimming along fences and foundations, edges cut back so walks and driveways keep their lines. Lawns here sit close to the street, and a straight last pass is the whole first impression. There is a plain kind of pride in a property that looks like someone was just there.
