Woodbine was drawn on a plan, wide avenues ruled straight across the pine plain, and on a July afternoon those blocks hold heat like a griddle. Lopez Paver Lawn Care runs them on a set rotation — mowing, string trimming along fences and posts, a clean edge cut where the turf wants to creep over the walk. Out here the sand drains almost too well, so the grass is left a little taller to shade its own roots through August. Beds get cleared in early spring and again once the leaves let go in November. There is real satisfaction in the last pass down a long front yard: the lines even, the clippings cleared, nothing left but green.
