Saturday morning on the side streets toward Yardville and Groveville has a sound to it — a mower two houses down, a screen door, somebody's radio. Jose Fence and Landscaping LLC is part of that soundtrack in season, cutting grass, running the edger along the sidewalk seam, trimming what grows up against the posts and porch steps in White Horse.
