Dalmatian Landscaping is out in it — mowing, running the trimmer along fence lines, shaping hedges back to a line you could sight down. Grass grows fast in a Pascack Valley summer and shows every skipped week, so the schedule holds. Beds get weeded and mulched, the walk gets edged, and everything is blown clean before the truck pulls away. Come evening, when the air finally lets go, the yard is the coolest-looking thing on the block.
