Late February in Westfield: the Rahway River runs loud and brown through Tamaques, the last gray piles shrink at the ends of driveways, and lawns come out of winter flattened and asking for help. Bella Molina Landscaping, LLC works both halves of that turn. Through the cold it is plowing, shoveled walks and salted steps, with the aim of staying ahead of a storm instead of chasing it. Then the thaw, and the work becomes rakes and mowers — debris off the turf, first cut of the year, edges redrawn, beds mulched dark against the new green.
